Leading Australian Facilities Management Software Solutions Now Under One Brand

Corporate buildings with sun shining through the gaps

Monday 26 July 2021: Leading facilities management software provider, Zuuse, today announced the rebrand of its facilities management business to FMI Works.

Zuuse’s facility management software will operate under the FMI Works business name within the Zuuse global group.  With operations in Australia and New Zealand, FMI Works remains committed to delivering world leading solutions designed, developed and supported locally.

With an established and growing portfolio of customers across Australia and New Zealand, FMI Works’ solutions are trusted by industry leaders in education, health care, aged care, entertainment, local government, and retail.

FMI Works COO, Natalie Cappiello said, “This rebrand helps to better articulate who we are, and where we are going as a business.  It demonstrates our commitment to providing market leading cloud solutions that solve real problems for our customers.”

The rebrand supports the aim to provide a comprehensive offering of software solutions to suit customers at any size and stage in their facilities management journey and a clear path to cloud technology that is aligned with their needs.

The FMI Works product suite includes on-premise software solution, Pulse (formerly known as BEIMS). Product manager David Wilton confirmed that while Pulse will continue to be supported for the foreseeable future, the product roadmap would “place a greater emphasis on cloud”.

CTO Adrian Akison confirmed that “cloud native solutions offer security, speed, simplicity of deployment and user-experience, and accessibility that on-prem solutions simply can’t.”
